Activity011_Helping an old woman

Dear Friends,
This is an unplanned event, dynamically happened by the activeness of Uday.
An old woman was abandoned in the city bus shelter after her money and jewels were snatched away by her own son.
She was new to city and was very weak due to age. Her son wants to get rid of her and finally got it.
It is really a weird and inhuman act.
She wandered in Uday's colony for 3 to 4 days. She even did not have her meals properly. On March 28, Uday called up to me and asked for some old age home to join her.
But we thought, it would be better to send her to own place, if she could survive there. When enquired, Uday came to know that her place was Draksharamam and she was willing to go. She is so old that she even could not recollect her place properly. Uday gave her food and water in the noon. Colony people donated some amount which aggregated to nearly thousand rupees.
In the evening, after meals, Uday reserved a ticket for her in a direct bus going to Draksharamam and asked her co-passenger to drop her at her place. He also took his number and called in the morning if the woman has reached safe to her destination and got satisfied when he heard the same from that person.
We should really appreciate Uday for this sensible and timely act.
